Recipe reads: start with a 2-hour flight, add one-part history, two parts religion, and a healthy helping of engaging learning. Mix well.
Your students will arrive in the city and transfer to their centrally located accommodation. They will kick off their time in Berlin with a religious study walking tour, sites include: Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust Memorial and Hitler’s bunker. In the evening students will enjoy some traditional German grub!
Today your students will be exploring everything the Jewish District has to offer. Sites include: Oranienburger Strasse, Neue Synagogue, Grosse Hamburger Strasse, Kristallnacht Memorial and the Deportation Memorial. We think that is enough to warrant an early night & a big evening meal!
On their final morning students will be heading to the House of The Wannsee Conference. This famous house will trace the development of the Holocaust & the origins of antisemitism that sprouted from the conference itself. Your students will transfer to the airport before catching their flight home.
