There really is no place like Rome. The “Eternal City” is a unique fusion of historical sites, masterful artistic wonders, and lively modern life. Let your students explore the crown jewels of Italy on a historical trip to Rome.
Land in Rome and hit the ground running. First your group will enjoy a guided tour where you’ll check out the Vatican and St Peter's Highlights. This includes the Ancient Secret Passage Tour, Sistine Chapel and the Vatican’s gardens.
On their second day in the city students will learn more about the Colosseum, including the origin of this world-famous place and its development through the years. Your students will find out interesting facts that aren’t written in your history books and have time to take pictures along the way. In the evening your group will enjoy an evening meal together.
Today students will discover more of southern Italy by visiting the ruins of Pompeii, then The Pantheon and both The Roman & Imperial Forums. In the afternoon your students will take part in a pizza making lesson to perfect the local craft! Later, students will travel back to the city!
Students will spend the morning exploring the Pantheon and The Roman & Imperial Forums. Later, they will discover the National Roman Museum before enjoying some free time in the city.
