Where to go

Brussels is the perfect base for exploring neighbouring cities: Bruges, Ypres and even Waterloo. It’s practically on our doorstop, so really, it would be rude not to!

Day 1

Kick off your trip in Brussels by visiting the big attractions: The Grand Place and The Cinquantenaire. In the early afternoon head to the Atomium, spend some time browsing the exhibits and watch the sun set over the skyline, with the best view of the city.

Day 2

Spend your second day getting to grips with the political history of the city. Take a look at the European Union, the European Commission, the European Parliaments centre and even take a guided tour of the Parliaments chamber, to get a true taste of modern politics. In the afternoon, visit the Chocolaterie Duval to discover the art of chocolate making and do some all-important sampling!

Day 3

Spend your morning having fun with science at the Technopolis Science Museum, stand in a soap bubble, sleep on a bed of nails and even ride a bike 5 metres above the ground. Enjoy some free time in the city before making your way back to the UK, on an evening flight.
